Dezza 12 - Armchair with slim armrests
The historic Dezza armchair, designed by Gio Ponti, features a seasoned beechwood frame. The Armchair 12 has slender arms that allow for the pairing of two or more elements.
Designed by Gio Ponti in 1965, the Dezza armchair encapsulates some of the most important design principles of the Master both in terms of form, such as the characteristic tapered triangular leg, and methodologically, for its revolutionary modularity "as a system" through a limited number of pieces to assemble.
Dezza sofas and armchairs, comfortable, cozy, lightweight, and easy to adapt, are reintroduced in a meticulous reissue that enhances their formal beauty and stylistic uniqueness.
The Dezza armchair is available upholstered in Pelle Frau®, in a leather/ponyskin combination, or in fabrics from the catalog. Among these, the Redevance printed wool satin fabric is available, whose graphic pattern was designed by Ponti himself. The finishes for the legs are either black or white open-pore lacquered ash.
The seat's suspension is achieved with elastic straps, while the padding is in expanded polyurethane foam.
