Set of 6 Canne glasses designed by Gio Ponti. Made by Venini in hand-blown and hand-crafted Murano glass. A true hymn to colour, the technique used is that of canne, which involves the juxtaposition of six thin strips of cold-coloured glass Talpa, Rosso, Zaffiro, Verde, Paglierino, Ametista, which are then juxtaposed, fused together and shaped by heat with masterly skill.
