Wall-mounted bookcase D.357.1 - Molteni

The D.357.1 wall bookcase by Molteni is a classic and versatile piece of furniture that can help organise living or sleeping spaces and give them a touch of design.

Clean in its lines, this bookcase, originally designed by Gio Ponti in 1956-1957, has become one of the icons of the origin of modern design and has become part of the Molteni Museum. D.357.1 is made of shaped plywood with elm veneer, partly with a natural transparent ﬁnish, partly hand-painted in white. A frame with mirror can be added to the bookcase.
