RIFLESSI carpet

Gio Ponti designs shapes like facets of diamonds that reflect and break the light to create layers of transparent angular shapes for a modern and sophisticated carpet. Masterpieces such as Tibetan wool and natural silk varieties are more than just furnishing accessories, they bring a feeling of harmony and a sense of proportion into our homes, struck by the perfect balance of design, form and colour.

The carpet has a quality of 120,000 knots/sqm. Fleece composition: 30% Natural Silk, 70% Tibetan Highland Wool (filled and hand-carded). The hand-knotted technique is of Nepalese origin. The carpets are washed, chiselled and rewoven by hand. The fringes are turned back and covered with fabric.
