Livia is the padded chair in matt lacquered solid beech, designed for the first time by Gio Ponti in 1937. Livia is the solid wood chair designed by Gio Ponti, with refined and light shapes, presented here in its version with padded seat.

Designed by Gio Ponti in 1937 to furnish the "Livianum", home of the Faculty of Letters of the University of Padua, the Livia chair was then reissued by L'Abbate and produced for the trade starting in 2005.

The structure of the Livia chair is in solid walnut or solid beech wood, matt lacquered, with a padded seat in beech plywood. Livia is also available in a version with padding on the frame. Available, to order, in solid beech lacquered in all standard colours.
